Primary authority
The Law Society of Ontario defines paralegal scope.
Ghasedak uses LSO By-Law 4 as the primary scope authority and the official court or tribunal as the procedural authority. A licence identifies what may be permitted; the exact forum, case, competence and retainer determine what service can actually be provided.

Small Claims Court, selected LTB matters and selected Provincial Offences are the current core areas. Other tribunals and permitted summary-conviction matters require an exact written review before Ghasedak confirms a retainer.
