Employment standards and labour relations — Ontario job-posting requirements take effect

January 1, 2026 — New Employment Standards Act requirements apply to covered public job postings by employers with at least 25 employees. The regulation addresses compensation information, AI disclosure and Canadian-experience requirements, subject to its exceptions.
