LTB, residential tenancies and non-profit housing co-operatives — LTB changes delivery of represented applicants’ welcome packages

March 9, 2026 — For represented applicants, LTB sends the welcome package electronically to the representative instead of mailing it to the applicant. Applicants may request a copy.

March 13, 2026 — OLT increased the e-file limit to 500 MB and added ZIP support. The case-status portal also displays related case numbers and retains closed-case information for two years.
