Refugee and immigration tribunal proceedings: RPD, RAD, ID and IAD — IRB’s AI practice notice takes effect

September 7, 2026 — IRB’s AI notice is now operative. Among its safeguards, AI must not generate or materially rewrite a Basis of Claim narrative or witness evidence; representatives remain responsible for verifying submitted material.
